Text
An order of the commissioner made pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-72 shall be subject to review by appeal to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. The institution of proceedings for review shall suspend the accrual of the penalties provided for by R.S. 17:14A-74 until the final determination of the proceedings. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-73.
