Text

A safe deposit company which fails to make and file a report as required pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-66 and R.S. 17:14A-67 shall be subject to a penalty of $100.00 for each day during which the failure continues, to be recovered by the State in a civil action prosecuted by the Attorney General. L. 1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-68.
