§ 17:14A-67 — Special reports as to condition of company

The commissioner shall have the power to call for special reports from a safe deposit company when, in his judgment, a special report is necessary to obtain a full and complete knowledge as to the company's condition. The special report shall be filed with the commissioner within 10 days after receipt of the request. L. 1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-67.
