Within 60 days after completion of an examination made pursuant to R.S. 17:14A-61, a report thereof, in a form prescribed by the commissioner, certified by the person by whom and under whose supervision the examination was made, shall be presented to the directors at a meeting of the board. The board of directors shall have a statement prepared setting forth in detail the assets and their values, liabilities and net worth of the company. Within the time specified in this section, the directors shall file a copy of the statement and a certified copy of the report with the commissioner. L. 1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-64.
