§ 17:14A-60 — Communications received from the commissioner
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Every official communication directed to and received by a safe deposit company or any of its officers or directors shall be submitted to the board of directors at the board's next meeting following receipt and noted in the minutes of the meeting. L. 1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-60.
