§ 17:14A-6 — Incorporators

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any five or more persons who are residents of this State, hereinafter referred to as incorporators, may associate to form a corporation for the purposes of a safe deposit company upon the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-6.
