§ 17:14A-43 — Merger agreement or consolidation plan as evidence
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A copy of the merger agreement or consolidation plan, certified by the commissioner, shall be evidence in all courts and places. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-43.
