§ 17:14A-37 — Consolidation
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any two or more safe deposit companies may, with the approval of the commissioner, consolidate into a new company as hereinafter provided. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-37.
