Text
In addition to any powers conferred upon him by this or any other law, the commissioner is authorized to do all things necessary to enable this State and any insurer participating in any plan approved or issued by the commissioner to fully participate in any Federal program of reinsurance which may be hereafter adopted for purposes similar to the purposes of this act. L.1968, c. 129, s. 25, eff. July 1, 1968.
