Text
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and for this purpose the provisions of this act are declared to be separable. L.1974, c. 17, s. 3, eff. April 11, 1974.
