§ 17:17-2 — Stock or mutual plan
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Companies may be formed upon the stock or mutual plan to transact any kind of insurance authorized by section 17:17-1 of this Title, subject to the limitations specified in section 17:17-3 of this Title. Amended by L.1945, c. 224, p. 729, s. 1.
