Text
Any action taken by the members at a business meeting shall be duly recorded in the minutes thereof, and a copy of the minutes, certified as a true copy thereof by the secretary of such meeting, shall be filed for recording with the clerk of the county in which such real property is located, who shall record such certified copy in books reserved for the recording of deeds. L.1971, c. 296, s. 4, eff. Aug. 27, 1971.
