§ 16:7-4 — Death of trustee; appointment of successor

New Jersey·Title 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS
If all of the trustees appointed pursuant to this act have died, the members may, from time to time, at any of their business meetings, appoint one or more trustees to succeed them. L.1971, c. 296, s. 3, eff. Aug. 27, 1971.
