Text

No association, corporation, society, foundation, order, federation or organization shall have or use a name, title or designation similar to, or in imitation of, or so nearly resembling any such registered name, title or designation as to be calculated to deceive, without the consent of the registrant. Any association, corporation, society, foundation, order, federation or organization violating this section shall, upon request of the religious body so registered, be notified by the secretary of state of the violation, and the continuance of the use of the name, title or designation by such association, corporation, society, foundation, order, federation or organization for a term longer than one month shall constitute a misdemeanor.
