§ 15A:1-6 — Reservation of power
New Jersey·Title 15A CORPORATIONS, NONPROFIT
This act may be supplemented, altered, amended or repealed by the Legislature and every corporation, domestic or foreign, to which this act applies shall be bound thereby. L.1983, c. 127, s. 15A:1-6, eff. Oct. 1, 1983.
