Text
a.Upon request of any person, the Secretary of State shall furnish certified copies of documents filed in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of this act.
b.Upon the request of any person, the Secretary of State shall certify to the existence or non-existence of any facts on record in the office of the Secretary of State pertaining to domestic or foreign corporations. L.1983, c. 127, s. 15A:1-10, eff. Oct. 1, 1983.
