§ 14A:14-22 — Judgment of dissolution
New Jersey·Title 14A CORPORATIONS, GENERAL
After distribution of the corporation's assets as provided in section 14A:14-21, the Superior Court may make a judgment dissolving the corporation and declaring its charter forfeited and void.
