§ 13:9-29 — Arrests without warrant

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS

Any firewarden may arrest, without warrant, any person whom he has probable cause to believe is committing a violation of this act. Amended by L.1981, c. 369, s. 32, eff. Dec. 30, 1981.
