Text

In any district in which a fire service is established, any person finding a wildfire burning in a forest or where the forest is endangered, shall immediately extinguish the same and shall notify a firewarden as soon as possible. Amended by L.1981, c. 369, s. 26, eff. Dec. 30, 1981.
