Text
No person shall willfully or maliciously steal, mutilate, tear down or destroy any forest fire service property, equipment or any notice concerning forest fires, which has been posted under regulations of the department. Amended by L.1981, c. 369, s. 27, eff. Dec. 30, 1981.
