§ 13:9-28 — Penalties; payment and disposition

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS

All payments on account of penalties under this chapter shall be made to the Department of Environmental Protection for the support of the fire service. Amended by L.1981, c. 369, s. 31, eff. Dec. 30, 1981.
