§ 13:1H-3 — Purposes for grant
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
State aid may be granted by the department to a local environmental agency for any purpose that the agency is authorized to perform by law and for the preparation of an environmental index. L.1972, c. 49, s. 3, eff. June 1, 1972.
