Text
The department may grant up to $10,000.00 per year in State aid to any environmental agency for a project or projects addressing urban environmental concerns within an eligible municipality. The contribution by the department shall not exceed 80% of the cost of the project which qualifies for assistance under this act. L.1979, c. 56, s. 4, eff. March 27, 1979.
