§ 13:1F-22 — Development of model school integrated pest management policy

a.No later than 12 months after the effective date of this act, the commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioner of Education, the New Jersey School Boards Association, and the New Jersey Cooperative Extension of Rutgers, The State University shall develop a model school integrated pest management policy that is based upon recommended integrated pest management plans for schools disseminated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and that conforms to the rules adopted by the department pursuant to the "Pesticide Control Act of 1971," P.L.1971, c.176 (C.13:1F-1 et seq.).
