Text
The powers, duties and functions vested in the State Department of Environmental Protection under the provisions of this act shall not be construed to limit in any manner the functions, powers and duties vested in the State Department of Environmental Protection under any other provisions of law. L.1971, c. 176, s. 12, eff. June 1, 1971.
