The commissioner upon receipt of certified copies of such resolutions or other documentation as may be necessary to satisfy him that an economic development agency has been duly chosen to act for a particular county, municipality, other governmental agency or a combination thereof, may recognize such development agency or agencies for such county, municipality or region for the purposes of this act. L.1966, c. 130, s. 6.
