§ 13:16-16 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The commissioner shall have the power to make, promulgate, modify, amend and repeal rules and regulations to effectuate his powers and duties under this act. L.1966, c. 130, s. 16.
