Text

The Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection shall have the exclusive authority to promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to the seasonal operation of motor vehicles on the frozen waters of this State when such vehicles are used during periods when ice-bound conditions preclude the normal use of such waters by vessels. L.1979, c. 58, s. 2, eff. March 27, 1979.
