Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of any statute or any rule or regulation of the Department of Environmental Protection, the supervisory force of marine patrolmen, created pursuant to section 17 of P.L.1962, c. 73 (C. 12:7-34:52), shall have the same powers conferred upon them, pursuant to R.S. 12:6-6, with respect to motor vehicles operating on the ice-covered waters of this State as may be provided by law with respect to power and other vessels using such waters. L.1979, c. 58, s. 1, eff. March 27, 1979.
