Text
This act shall be construed liberally to effectuate its purposes. Any act or part of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby superseded. If any section or provision or rule or regulation issued pursuant to this act is held invalid, such ruling shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the sections or regulations of this act. L. 1984, c. 152, s. 27, eff. June 15, 1987.
