§ 12:7A-14 — File of certificates
New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION
The director shall retain a file of all certificates of ownership for a period, prescribed by him, beyond the date that the marine equipment described therein is no longer registered in this State. L. 1984, c. 152, s. 14, eff. June 15, 1987.
