There is hereby appropriated the sum of fifty-eight thousand dollars ($58,000.00), when included in any annual or supplemental appropriation bill, for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this act. L.1949, c. 75, p. 379, s. 2, eff. May 6, 1949.
