§ 12:6-20 — Severability clause
New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION
If any provision of this act shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions hereof which can be given effect without the invalid provision or provisions, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable. L.1950, c. 333, p. 1110, s. 2.
