Text
The holder of a permit violating any of the provisions of this article or any of the conditions of the permit, shall be liable to a penalty of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to be recovered in a civil action in the name of the department. Such penalty, when recovered, shall be for the use of the State and payable into the State treasury. Amended by L.1953, c. 12, p. 102, s. 9, eff. March 19, 1953.
