Text
The Attorney General shall adopt, promulgate, amend and rescind suitable rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Title. The Attorney General or his representative shall notify the State agency or county or municipality whenever complaint of violation of section 10:2-1 of this Title shall be filed with him on the proper form prescribed by him and shall notify them of the date and place of any hearing on disputed facts. Amended by L.1966, c. 165, s. 2, eff. June 18, 1966.
