Text

Complaint of violation of section 10:2-1 of this Title shall be made to the Attorney General or his representative within the Department of Law and Public Safety authorized by him to act in the matter, within 180 days after the date the alleged violation occurred. In case of a dispute as to the facts set forth in the complaint, the matter shall be heard by the Attorney General or his representative within the Department of Law and Public Safety and his decision thereon shall be conclusive. Amended by L.1966, c. 165, s. 1, eff. June 18, 1966.
