§ 664:20 — Subpoena Power
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 664 POLITICAL EXPENDITURES AND CONTRIBUTIONS·Subdivision Enforcement
In the exercise of the powers and duties of the attorney general under this chapter, the attorney general is authorized to require the appearance of individuals and to secure testimony and evidence by use of a subpoena duces tecum.
