Text
If the treasurer fails to make a report, it shall be the duty of each member of said political committee who received or pays out any money on behalf of said political committee to make such a report or to cause the same to be made. No member of such political committee shall make or permit any unlawful expenditure or act by said political committee, in whole or in part, or consent thereto, or aid, abet or conspire to make or permit the same.
