§ 658:20 — Clerk Pro Tem
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 658 PRE-ELECTION PROCEDURE·Subdivision Absences Among Election Officers
If a town or ward clerk is absent from any state election or is unable to perform his duties and there is no deputy clerk as provided in RSA 41:18, a town or ward clerk pro tempore shall be appointed by the town clerk.
