§ 658:19 — Moderator Pro Tem
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 658 PRE-ELECTION PROCEDURE·Subdivision Absences Among Election Officers
If the moderator is absent from any state election or is unable to perform his duties, a moderator pro tempore shall be appointed by the moderator.
