Text
With the approval of the fiscal committee, the department shall be authorized to take, hold, and manage, in trust for the state, lands, money, or other property granted, devised, or bequeathed for the use of the center, and to sell and convey the lands, money, or other property and to invest the proceeds therefrom in such investments as are legal for New Hampshire savings banks or in the physical plant of the center.
