Text
I.The department shall have charge of the lands, buildings, furniture, tools, implements, stock, provisions, and other property of the center. The department shall keep, in suitable books, regular and complete accounts of all receipts and expenditures, and of the debts, credits, contracts and property of the center, showing its income and expenses. Such accounts shall be specific and contain the dates and amounts of all receipts, and the date, quantity, and price of every article purchased or procured. There is specifically excepted from the foregoing such accounts and accountability as the department of administrative services otherwise requires.
