Text
If a child shall be committed by error of any court to a correctional institution other than the center, the commissioner, the county attorney, the minor, or any person interested in the minor may apply to a justice of the superior court for an order for the commitment of the minor to the center for the term of minority, and the justice shall issue a new mittimus accordingly.
