Text
No person shall have in his or her possession, with the intent to deliver or otherwise convey to any child committed to or detained at the center, any article contrary to the rules of the center. No person shall deposit or conceal any such item in or about the center, in any building or vehicle, or on any land adjacent to the center, with the intent that a resident of the center shall receive it. No person shall convey out of the center any article contrary to the rules of the center. A person who violates this section shall be guilty of a class B felony.
