§ 618:2 — For Whose Use
New Hampshire·Title LX CORRECTION AND PUNISHMENT·Ch. 618 FINES, COSTS, AND DISCHARGES·Subdivision Imposition and Payment of Fines
Unless otherwise specially provided, all fines and forfeitures imposed by a municipal court shall be for the use of the town in which the court is established, and all other fines and forfeitures shall be for the use of the county within which the offense was committed.
