§ 618:14 — Costs
New Hampshire·Title LX CORRECTION AND PUNISHMENT·Ch. 618 FINES, COSTS, AND DISCHARGES·Subdivision Costs
Except as otherwise provided by statute, the assessment of any costs against respondents in criminal cases is hereby forbidden; provided, however, that costs involving transportation of prisoners up to the time of court arraignment may be assessed against respondents, in the discretion of the superior court.
