§ 597:34 — Venue
New Hampshire·Title LIX PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES·Ch. 597 BAIL AND RECOGNIZANCES·Subdivision Forfeitures of Recognizances and Actions Thereon
Actions upon recognizances may be brought and tried in the county or judicial district thereof in which they were taken, unless the court shall order the venue to be changed.
