§ 565:7 — Indorsement of Writ
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 565 BONDS TO THE JUDGE AND SUITS THEREON
The name and residence of every person at whose request the order is made and suit instituted shall be indorsed on the writ before the service thereof, with a brief statement of his claim.
