New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 565 BONDS TO THE JUDGE AND SUITS THEREON
All bonds given to a judge shall be made "to the judge of probate for the county of __________ ," without naming the incumbent of the office.
