§ 565:12 — Order of Priority
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 565 BONDS TO THE JUDGE AND SUITS THEREON
If there be more than one party for whose use such executions may be awarded, the order of priority in the attachment shall be as designated in the indorsement on the original writ; and if there be no such designation, in the order in which the names are indorsed.
